These terms apply when you use the PTE Junction website and app (https://www.ptejunction.com), our practice questions, mock tests, live classes, passes and coaching. By using them you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information, and our refund and cancellation policy covers refunds.
Who we are
PTE Junction is an independent PTE preparation provider based in Sydney, Australia. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson or the Department of Home Affairs.
Scores and results
- Scores on this site, including AI scores, mock test results and PTE X-Ray results, are estimated practice scores, not official Pearson scores. They are coaching tools to show where to improve.
- We don’t guarantee any score or test result. Your result depends on many things, including your practice and the test itself.
- Our practice questions are our own practice material. They are not real exam questions, and we don’t claim to know what will appear in your test.
Visa and exam information
Information about exam formats and visa English requirements is given in good faith, is dated, and can change. Always check with Pearson PTE and the Department of Home Affairs. We do not give migration advice: for migration advice, speak to a registered migration agent.
Your account
- Use your own email and keep access to it, because sign-in links and codes are sent there. One account per person; please don’t share it.
- You can delete your PTE Junction data at any time from My dashboard, or ask us to.
Fair use
- Use the site for your own PTE preparation. Don’t copy, sell or republish our questions, notes or members’ material, or use automated tools to download them.
- AI scoring has daily limits, shown on the site. Don’t try to get around them or use the scoring or study assistant for anything other than PTE practice.
- Comments and shared answers must be respectful and on topic. Don’t post personal details, ads or anything offensive. We can hide or remove content and suspend access when these terms are broken.
What you post or record
You own your answers, recordings and comments. You let us store and process them to score them and give you feedback, and to show them to other students only where you chose to share them (comments, shared answers, the leaderboard). You can delete them at any time.
Passes, classes and coaching
- At the moment we take payment by PayID (bank transfer) only: you book on WhatsApp, pay by PayID, and we switch your pass on or confirm your coaching. Online card payments are switched off.
- A pass gives access for the number of days shown when you buy it, from the day we switch it on. Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown on the pricing page.
- Free live classes run on Zoom at the times shown on the site and may change or be cancelled.
- Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling follow our refund and cancellation policy.
The service
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but features may change, and the site may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. Please tell us if you find one: there’s a “Report a problem” button on practice questions.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using the site, such as decisions you make based on an estimated practice score.
